Help! I forgot my password
If you have forgotten your password, click on Products & Shop and then click on the "Lost Password" button below the login module in the left column.
You will need the username and email address you registered with to retrieve your password. Fill those in, and a new password will be emailed to you.

Unfortunately, we cannot email lost usernames to customers at this stage. Please make sure when creating an account that you keep your username and password in a safe place. Ensure you always log in with the same combination of uppercase and lowercase letters you used to create the account.
If you have made an order and wish to check on the status of your order, please contact us with the Purchase order number that was emailed to you at the time of placing the order, and we will notify you of its status.
